Jerry "Mountain Man" Ray

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Chief cook and bottle washer, or so the job description would have it if he wrote it honestly. The main geek, one of three. He started The Computer Doctors in April 1991 and has been here from the very beginning. Gifted as an analyst, consultant, developer, troubleshooter and designer, and he genuinely enjoys helping customers set up best practices that make their businesses run smoothly.

Jessica Capps

President & General Manager

The brains of the organisation. She manages the shop and the day-to-day operations, succeeding our unforgettable grump Larry. She is also our main system builder and a formidable troubleshooter and service technician. Dedicated, and a great asset to The Computer Doctors and to everyone she encounters.

Austin Ellis

Network Engineer

A talented network engineer and a 2025 graduate of the University of North Florida. A gifted engineer with a focus on attention to detail. We are honoured to have him working with us at such a high level and with such motivation.

Justin Black

Vice President & Network Engineer

Vice President and a working network engineer across both The Computer Doctors and SummitRidge Technology. Handles network design, deployment and the awkward faults that only show themselves at the worst possible moment. Methodical, unhurried, and hard to rattle — which is exactly what you want in the person holding the cable when the office is watching.

Shelli Black

Billing & Customer Service Manager

Runs billing and customer service for both The Computer Doctors and SummitRidge Technology. If you have a question about an invoice, a renewal, or what you are actually being charged for, she is the one who can answer it properly — and she would far rather you asked than sat on it wondering. Often the first voice you hear and the last word on getting something sorted.

Customer Service

Handles customer service. He is Jessica's son, and we are proud to have him considering IT for a future and to have him on the team.

Brian Packo

Network Engineer

A guru with Voice over IP, ethernet and fibre cabling, network design and engineering, and network management. We partner with his company CSI Networx so often that we consider him part of the team and part of the family.

Lauren Jones

Systems Specialist

A fun-loving techie who makes working at The Computer Doctors an experience like no other. A gadget freakazoid, a customer-service focused specialist, and someone with more energy than the rest of us combined — at least on the weekends.

Lori Winner

Marketing and Social Media

Heads up our marketing and social media. If you see an ad in a magazine, hear one on the radio, or read our posts on Facebook or Instagram, she is the one to blame. Oops — credit. She also does most of the graphic design. We are very blessed to have her on the team.

Donna Squire

Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Larry's wife. We do not exactly know what she does, but the place does not run without her. All we know for certain is that she kept Larry in line, and we get to charge things on her credit cards.

Tina Ray

Vice President, Everything Else

Someone has to be the catch-all final say-so for everything else around here. Tina is Jerry's wife, so any shots that are not management or financial, she gets to call. Just kidding, dear. The truth is she calls ALL the shots — after all, behind every good and successful man is a great woman rolling her eyes.

"The Grump"

Made customers feel at home. (Yeah, Archie Bunker's home.) Created the "Two Geeks and a Grump" slogan and the hilarious "Dr. Minsche" radio ad that everyone loved. Beloved by everyone who walked through the door. Now in heaven and deeply missed.
