// AI Services
AI, set up by people
who use it daily.
We run our own company on these tools. We are not reselling something we read about — we are setting up the thing we use every day, configured for what your business actually does.
AI is not magic and it is not a replacement for your people. It is a very fast assistant that occasionally gets things wrong with complete confidence. Set up properly, with a human checking the output, it saves real hours. Set up badly, it invents a customer's invoice total. We will make sure it is the first one.

// What we do
Six ways we help.
Choosing the right tool
There are four serious options and they are not interchangeable. We will tell you which fits what you actually do — and if the answer is none of them, we will say that too.
Setup and integration
Accounts, configuration, custom assistants, and wiring it into the tools you already use. Done once, properly.
Team training
Sessions with your people, using your work as the examples. Most AI failures are training failures, not tool failures.
Guardrails and policy
What goes in, what never goes in, and who is allowed to use what. Written down before somebody pastes a client contract into a chatbot.
Document workflows
Contracts, proposals, reports. The places where AI saves real hours instead of producing novelty.
Customer communication
Drafting, tone, and consistency — with a human reading everything before it goes out. Always.
// Straight talk
What AI will not do for you.
It will not replace your staff. It will make the ones you have faster at the parts of the job nobody enjoys.
It will not be right every time. It will be confident every time, which is a different thing, and it is why a person reads the output before it goes to a customer.
It will not fix a broken process. If your quoting is a mess on paper, it will be a faster mess with AI. We would rather fix the process first.
If AI is not the right answer for your business, we will tell you that and you will not be charged for finding out.
