Residential and walk-in repair is quoted per job, not per hour. Call and describe the problem and we will give you a number before we start.
Standard Commercial

Specialized Technical
Infrastructure. The things that take the whole building down.
1 hour minimum
- Advanced network support
- Firewall configuration
- Managed switch configuration
- Server installation & configuration
- Rack and wiring installation
- Enterprise infrastructure
All commercial work is billed at a one hour minimum, then in fifteen minute increments.On-site travel within St. Johns County is included. Beyond that, we will tell you before we come.If the work turns out to belong in a lower tier, you are billed at the lower tier.

Hourly rates make sense when things break occasionally. If they break often, a managed agreement costs less and we start preventing problems rather than billing you for them. We will run the numbers honestly — if hourly is cheaper for you, we will say so.
